BIOGRAPHY...

Sample King, one of Canada’s leading Dancehall entertainers’ was born in Kingston, Jamaica. In 1989, he migrated to Canada, with dreams of pursuing a career in the music industry. His authentic vibes is that of an artist who caters to the masses; however, shares special love for the ladies, “a true crowd pleaser”.

Sample’s passion for reggae music began at an early age and blossomed in the early 90's, with the influence of artists like Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Spragga Benz and Tupac Shakur.

Over the years, Sample King has received numerous endorsements from Dancehall promoters and DJ’s such as Military, King Turbo, Stone love, and Cash money. Sample King has performed with renowned artists, like Beenie Man, Vibes Kartel, Fantan Mojah, Sizzla, Lexus, Baby Sham, and many more. He has worked with Michie Mee and various local artists.

He has made live appearances within Canada, the U.S. and Jamaica. He participated in the 2004 Toronto Reggae Festival, 2005 Montreal Reggae Festival, and endless stage shows.
